Completely local. With locations in Clermont and Windermere, Castello’s has expanded with the families we cater to — becoming a venue for sharing traditions, celebrating birthdays, and honoring the cherished pizza night.

What began as a modest neighborhood pizzeria soon became a cherished part of the community. From the outset, we committed to doing things the right way: hand-tossed dough prepared fresh daily, homemade tomato sauce crafted in-house, and the finest ingredients like Grande Cheese mozzarella, chosen for flavor and consistency, not price.

We reject cookie-cutter recipes and conveyor belt ovens. Every pizza from our kitchen is hand-tossed, stone-baked, and made to order. Whether it's a classic cheese pie, a heart-shaped pizza for Valentine's Day, or one of our specialty creations, our aim is always the same: to create something you'll love.

Over the years, we've been honored by the loyalty of our guests. Many families have been with us since the beginning—ordering the same three pies every week, recalling their first meal here, or introducing us to new generations. Their stories have become part of ours.

And while much has changed since 2009, some things remain constant: the warmth of our service, the care in our kitchen, and the passion behind every pizza we make.
